Biography                                

 

Dr. G Narasimha working as  Senior Assistant Professor in Virology ,Sri Venkateswara University; located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India He had his doctorate in Microbiology from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur India in 2003. His research area during his studies included microbial enzymes, secondary metabolites, surfactants, characterization and purification. After he joined in  Virology department at  Sri Venkateswara University,  in 2007.the growing applicability and problem solving ability on applied microbiology aspects like bioactive compounds from marine actinomycetes ,purification and characterization and their application in current science and technology. He started guiding students in various disciplines like secondary metabolites, surfactants, bioactive compounds, viral vaccines and nanotechnology for potential antimicrobial agents for modern medicine Dr.Narasimha published more than 150 papers in applied microbiology and nanoscience and nanotechnology. He is pioneering in microbial secondary metabolites, enzymes, nanoparticles and their applications in Modern medicine and Agriculture. He attended National and International conferences symposia and presented research papers and acted as an expert member/resource person for scientific programmes, workshops. He is handling good number of research projects and acting as  Principal Investigator for Major Research projects sponsored by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), University Grants Commission (UGC and Board of Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), He published books and book chapter in international repute, He is serving as editor, editorial, advisory member for good number of National and international peer reviewed journals, Dr.Narasimha looks forward to develop his eminence in the fields of modern science and technolo
